MANDINAM
Meat

If you can remember when meat tasted really delicious, then you can have that taste again if you eat our beef and lamb. If, however, you’ve never tasted grass-fed traditional breeds, then here’s a chance to eat meat as it really should be.

Our small herd of Hereford, Shorthorn and Aberdeen Angus cattle, and Shetland and Dorset sheep graze the rough areas of our farm during the summer, and are fed home-grown fodder during the winter months.

The stock is treated with the utmost care to produce the best meat possible. Our output is small but very good and we are happy to share our surplus.

All meat is expertly cut, weighed, vacuum packed, labeled and sent, chilled, in insulated boxes with ice packs. It is sent bycarrier to arrive next day before noon.

Beef is hung for at least three weeks.
It comes in selection packs from 10Kgs -20Kgs.
20Kgs meat will occupy approx. 1½ sq feet of Freezer space.
A box will contain roasting joints, prime steaks, stewing and braising meat, mince and sausages.

Lamb and mutton is sold in season and can be sold in halves or whole. Again expertly cut and packed to your specifications.
A whole lamb would weigh approx.15 Kgs. (7-8Kgs for a half)
A whole Shetland mutton would weigh approx.12 Kgs.
